Refund Policy – Interior Tools Heaven

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 
To request a return, you must send a clear photo or video as proof within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days once your return is approved.  
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase only.
